Professional Level (Certified)
The Professional Level (Certified) Course covers Water Heaters, Furnaces, Ranges/Cooktops, Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, Generators, and Towing, which matches the Certified Technician Level produced by RVIA. This course is the second level of training that you will need to know and learn as an RV Service Technician in the RV Industry.
The Foundation Level Course (Registered) is a prerequisite to the Professional Level, and must be completed prior to continuing on through this course.
Mentors: All student Registration forms and roll pages for the Professional Level Course are located in Section 4 of your Mentor Information Guide. For those students seeking Continuing Education Hours for recertification please use the forms in Section 7 of your Mentor Information Guide.
The training mentor (Service Manager) should have a complete set of RVIA Textbooks for this program. Please note the instructor references the books throughout, explains pictures and diagrams and utilizes the end of chapter tests and gives answers. The beginning “slate” for each Session identifies which chapters will be covered – you will need the information mentioned with you to get the maximum benefit of the training.
